      • Minimum 2 years of “Chef de cuisine” experience
      • Accreditation from a recognized culinary school
      • Fine dining experience a definite asset
      • Hands on management
      • Strong leader and trainer
      • Modern presentation and cooking techniques
      • Enthusiastic team player with an outgoing personality who is very guest driven
      • Confident in guest interaction and experienced in problem handling
      • International cooking skills and out of the box thinking
      • Demonstrate real passion for menu planning and leadership
      • Vietnamese and English speaking
