    Well established South Florida Thai restaurant is in search of qualified applicants to join their renowned and award-winning team! Asian American cuisine with an upscale fusion twist!

     

    Two weeks of on-site training in a great atmosphere with top chefs and professionals!

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

     

    • 2+ years’ experience as a cook in Asian or Thai Cuisine.
    • Prepares and cooks Thai Specialty foods using the company's standard recipes.
    • Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
    • Seasons food according to recipes or company needs.
    • Acts as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature.
    • Batch cooking or high-volume cooking experience preferred.
    • Experience with food production for large catering or banquet functions.
    • Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere.
    • Problem solving and decision-making skills.

    Qualifications

     

    Qualifications:

     

    • High school diploma or higher; food safety training considered a plus.
    • Organizational & Verbal Communication Skills.
    • Kitchen Equipment Knowledge.
    • Knowledge of Asian Cuisines.
    • Culinary Arts Training Preferred.
    • Basic Computational Skills
    • Responsible and trustworthy.
