    Baron Promotions is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team of promotional experts.
    Our company has more than 30 years’ experience in the Advertising Specialty Industry. We offer our expert advice in finding you just the right item for your special event or business marketing needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Quote house accounts.
    • Enter orders into QuickBooks - (estimates and purchase orders).
    • Send estimates to clients and await approvals.
    • Send Purchase orders to factories with art attached.
    • Contact factories for receipt of orders, pre-payments, proofs and job completion.
    • Contact clients for proof approvals or issues with their orders.
    • Fill out factory credit term applications.
    • Invoicing & enter factory invoice for payment.
    • Run credit cards for customer invoices.
    • Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

    Qualifications

    • QuickBooks Experience Required.
    • Minimum two plus years of Promotion Product Experience Preferred.
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record.
    • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
    • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
    • Great analytic skills in market and industry research.
    • Excellent phone and communication skills.
