BASIC PURPOSE:

The Hotel Steward/ess – Pool Monitor are not lifeguards.  The HS – Pool Monitor is responsible to oversee and keep a watchful eye over the pools so as to ensure they are safe for our guests to enjoy.

REFURBISHING TEAM MEMBER - Asst. Carpenter & Joiner/Mason/Upholster

CTI Group Worldwide Services Inc. is a global recruiting firm based in Fort Lauderdale, FL with offices in Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Myanmar offering Human Resources, travel, payroll, training and uniform services to the cruise and hotel/resort industries.

 

Currently, we are searching for a Regional HR Account Director to join our Fort Lauderdale team and work full time with our Asian offices. The Regional HR Account Director will be the primary contact for one or multiple cruise line partners, providing a professional customer service for all client requirements and requests.  The position requires to work full time in Asia, housing and work permits will be provided.  Occasionally it may be required to join the USA team for conferences or other work related events. Working hours can extend into some weekends and evenings, Asia time, as we are on a 12-hour time difference in work hours.  The job will also touch on the set up of new offices, processing, recruiting and implementing the policies and procedures of the company. In addition, this position will be the direct contact for our internal and external training facilities and coordinate interoffice recruiting events.  For the right person who has a customer first and leader mentality there is opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Job Scope:

  • To assist the Shore Excursion Manager in maximizing net revenues for the shore excursion department, ensuring that maximum capacities are available and utilized to their full potential whilst maintaining the highest level of guest service and product quality.
  • The Shore Excursion Associate is responsible for operating at peak productivity and profitability in the Shore Excursion Manager’s absence. To complete on the job training as laid out in the “Passport To Success” training document.

Position Reports To: Hotel Manager

 

Summary: The Sports/Activities Coordinator is responsible for the Marina Operation and Sports program

onboard according to the 6 key principles that drive the guest experience culture.

Summary: The Wipers position onboard is to keep all technical spaces clean and tidy. His tasks may also include some monitoring duties as assigned by the vessels officer.

In this case the Wiper must understand the correct usage of PPE.

 

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. May be requested to move heavy objects up to 40 pounds, weights over this will need the correct use of lifting equipment.

The Youth Staff/ Kids is responsible for providing safe; fun filled and age appropriate activities for children up to age 12.  Youth Staff is responsible for providing the most FUN and memorable vacation to our younger guest.
